We may request access to your photo library so you can choose a profile picture. This access is only used when you start that action and is not used in the background.
4. Location (mobile app)
We may request access to your device location while you use the app to suggest or auto-fill addresses for service requests. Location is used in the foreground when you choose features that need it, not for unrelated background tracking.
5. Microphone and speech (mobile app)
We may request microphone access and use on-device speech recognition so you can search by voice in the app. Audio is processed for that purpose when you start voice search; we do not use the microphone in the background for unrelated recording.

InstaHelp does not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share limited data when necessary to complete your service request, provide customer support, meet legal obligations, or operate trusted infrastructure partners (for example, hosting and security services).
