Currently, no payments are processed within the app.

InstaHelp currently functions as a service discovery and request platform. Pricing, billing, and settlement are not processed through the InstaHelp app at this time.

2. Future Refund Framework

If and when in-app payments are introduced, this page will be updated with detailed refund eligibility criteria, timelines, dispute resolution workflow, and support channels. Refund rights will apply based on the final payment terms published at that time.
