  • Do not misuse communication channels, impersonate others, or submit fraudulent requests.
  • Review provider details before confirming any engagement.

4. Service Availability Disclaimer

InstaHelp may update, suspend, or discontinue features without prior notice for maintenance, operational, legal, or product reasons. Service coverage can vary by location.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaHelp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from platform use.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety standards. Users may also discontinue account use at any time and request deletion through our Data Deletion process.
