By accessing or using the InstaHelp platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

InstaHelp is a marketplace that connects users seeking services, products, or spaces with providers who offer them. We facilitate discovery, communication, and transactions but are not a party to agreements between users and providers.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use InstaHelp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to post false, misleading, or illegal content; to harass or harm others; to circumvent our systems; or to use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Listings and Transactions

Providers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for fulfilling commitments made to users. InstaHelp does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any listing or transaction. Disputes between users should be resolved directly; we may assist where appropriate but are not liable for third-party conduct.

6. Fees and Payments

We may charge fees for certain features, such as promoted listings or premium membership. Any such fees will be clearly disclosed before you commit. Payment terms are as stated at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The InstaHelp name, logo, and all related content and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
